Overview
Russian made (CI-3BG) glass geiger mueller tube is designed to detect gamma rays. Size of tube including metal terminal end caps is only 2.2"L x 0.32" Dia. These operate from 380 to 460VDC. These are new-old stock and we test each one for proper operation. This fascinating tube was made for the Russian military and it allows you to make a compact geiger counter sensitive to gamma rays.
